Code of conduct

Code du Sourire (Smile Code) reappropriates technological language to create an emotional map. Inspired by the structure of a QR code, the composition blends colorful blocks, handwritten annotations, and musical symbols, creating a visual space that is both coded and poetic. Three orange, smiling, and expressive emoji faces punctuate the piece like emotional beacons.

The vibrant purple background acts as a platform, on which digitized joy is inscribed, translated into pixels, notes, and words. The work becomes an emotional portal, an interface between the human and the digital, where the smile is at once data, signal, and universal language.

This piece questions our era: what if happiness could be transmitted like data? And what if art could encode emotion?
